  1. go read the article” HSUS and The Mob” at hsussucks.com and then you will know this referendum is nothing but a racket for fake fraudulent charities to use the ignorance of voters to control business. its a protection racket – oldest game the mob has. shame on the missouri attorney general for not looking into where the money is coming from to run this referendum on innocent voters

  2. I know, those damn puppy mobsters, like Pugsy Malone! People who want to help animals are the worst!

Maybe I should stop by your cattery to check out the conditions your Persian cats are in, you aren’t that far away from me.

  3. Have you read Prop B? I take it you have not.

Prop B KILLS DOGS! NEWBORN PUPPIES TO BE EXACT! You cannot have your kennel be any warmer than 85 degrees. Newborn puppies die at less than 90 degrees. No extra heat source will be allowed to give the newborns the heat they need to live, eat and digest their food. Nor can the puppies be raised in the house because of Prop B.

Missouri has a 22 page law/regulation that allows breeders to have extra heat sources for Newborn Puppies in their kennels. For the puppies to be raised in the house.

Hmmm…It is easy to see that you have been at the HSUS Kool-Aid dispenser long enough to not be able to research things yourself.

  4. Maybe you should read Prop B, espeically the part about how the max 85 degrees only applies to dogs over six months old:

) “Covered dog” means any individual of the species of the domestic
dog, Canis lupus familiars, or resultant hybrids that is over the age of
    six months
    and has intact sexual organs.

In the words of Kool-Aid Man – “Oh Yeah!”

  5. Excuse me…Their mothers are over 6 months old and have to be in a kennel that is no more than 85 degrees. Maybe you need to learn how to read legislature.
If the mother has to be kept in a kennel that is no more than 85 degrees then WHERE DO YOU EXPECT THE PUPPIES TO BE?!?!?!? Come on…think and use your head for goodness sake.
The mother would also be required to have unfettered access to the outside at all times. This would mean that the puppies would also have unfettered access to outside which would allow drafts to have access to the puppies’ area.
I guess in your perfect world…puppies don’t need their mothers. IN MINE…puppies are kept with their mother until they are at least 3 months and older if I still have them.
Stop drinking that kool-aid…it is frying your brain! LOL

  6. No reasonable person could possibly conclude that this bill will fine you for having a mother dog with the babies. In fact, give one example from any other state with similar laws with someone fined because a nursing mother dog was in a 90 degree pen. The best argument breeders seem to have is to nitpick at the wording of the law, coming up with ridiculous scenarios to try to scare people that having a blade of grass in a water dish will cause everything to get shut down, or how step 2 of this law is all humans becoming slaves to animals in a Planet of the Apes-like scenario.

Oh, wait, I’m not dealing with a reasonable person, I’m dealing with a crazed breeder who’s posting on every Prob B story on the net about how the HSUS is gonna kill us all. Funny how everyone opposed to this law just happens to be a breeder (or a fake plumber), but at least you’re actually from Missouri even if it’s Springfield.

  7. So why are you talking about something that will not affect you nor do you live here? And yes, I am proud to live in Missouri.

    About the nitpicking…
Try Pennsylvania. Bob Baker (HSUS Employee and now in charge of the Yes Campaign here) was quoted that he would make sure that this law was enforced and when finally promulagated would be harder for breeders to fit into then Pennsylvania. The PA law is 800 pages. BUT WAIT! That is exactly what you crazy nuts want is to shut down ALL BREEDERS….RIGHT?!?!? Isn’t that what the HSUS agent in NY said, along with the agent in SC, along with the exec, Whiney Wayne?

So yes, Prop B is what it is and it says in it – No kennel over 85 degrees. You break the law…It is a misdemeanor…Puppies have to be raised in the kennel. PUPPIES DIE AT THIS TEMPERATURE AND THERE IS NO CHANGING IT FOR ONE YEAR.

When you drive 66 in a 65 MPH you get pulled over and fined. I guess that is nitpicking also?
If you walk into a bank with sunglasses on and don’t take them off, you are arrested. I guess that is nitpicking also?
If you carry a concealed weapon without a permit, you are arrested. Another nitpicking issue?
Hmmmm…Guess I am a nitpicker because I believe in following laws. I just want reasonable laws and Prop B is not reasonable.

Did you know that Prop B requires only once a day feeding? ACFA requires 2.

Did you know that Prop B requires the dogs to only see the veterinarian once a year? ACFA requires 2 times a year.

No, I am not crazed. I am informed and that is worse than crazed because I am being rational and know the law. I don’t work off of emotions like you are doing.

  8. Hannah, care to comment on the animal abuse rap sheet that Cathy Griesbauer has run up? Sounds like she’s more concerned that this law will prevent her from running puppy mills full of diseased and abused animals. Also: arrested for wearing sunglasses in a bank? Could you maybe not make up fake laws to try and prove your point?

  9. When bad breeders hurt puppies and dogs, I care. When bad breeders pretend the issue is a conspiracy to kill all animals and not the fact they’re complicit in the explosions of puppy mills in Missouri, I care. When rogue breeders come into my comments sections and try to distort things to claim their way, I care (because it’s hilarious) When Prop B passes by a landslide, I’ll care, because it will be awesome for animal lovers everywhere.

  10. “When you drive 66 in a 65 MPH you get pulled over and fined. I guess that is nitpicking also?”
yes, that would be nitpicking and also doesn’t happen often, if at all.
“If you walk into a bank with sunglasses on and don’t take them off, you are arrested. I guess that is nitpicking also?”
That is a business rule and not a law, and as such you will not be arrested. The bank can deny you service, though.
“If you carry a concealed weapon without a permit, you are arrested. Another nitpicking issue?”
This is in no way a just comparison to having a mother dog with her puppies in a room slightly warmer than the stated law.

“No, I am not crazed. I am informed and that is worse than crazed because I am being rational and know the law.”
Honestly, you are neither rational nor informed. You are either being very disingenuous or very stupid

  11. Okay…let’s say you get pulled over at 70 in a 65 MPH…is that rational enough? Because you are talking a 5 degree temperature change that means the difference between life and death of newborn puppies.

But hey! Who cares? Not you guys! KILL the NEWBORN PUPPIES! Heck, Kill the Breeders! Is that what you want to hear instead of the truth?

I am informed…But Hey! You guys will believe what you want and keep on lying to yourselves that it was all the breeders fault when you have no more dogs.
The law is what it is and you guys will love to nitpick it apart once it passes to put breeders out of business. That is the truth.
Good Luck! Ta, Ta! (Or would you prefer…See Ya Later!?) I hope you find out who is lying to whom in a few years.

  12. Im from missouri, the reason it didnt pass sas because a amendment that required RFID tags on every cow or bull in the state was added to it!!!!!

  13. These evil bitches should be shot for the way they treat innocent animals. I hope they burn in hell.
